Mr. David V. Reimschussel is the new Director of Choral Activities at Westfield High School in Chantilly, VA.

Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, he attended the University of Delaware where he was a member of the University of Delaware Chorale. Mr. Reimschussel graduated from the University with a Bachelors degree in Choral Music Education. Mr. Reimschussel is highly experienced in Vocal Music Instruction, including his work with the Georgia Governor's Honors Program, the Delaware Governor's School of Excellence, the Delaware Theater Company, and the Upper Chesapeake Summer Center for the Arts.

Most recently, Mr. Reimschussel was the Director of Choral Activities at Woodland High School in Stockbridge, GA, where he directed a choir program of over 200 students in six graded choral groups.  He was fine arts department chair, assistant director of athletics and activities, and faculty liaison.   Mr. Reimschussel was Director of Choral Activities at Stockbridge High School, also in Stockbridge, GA for two years.  He was Director of Choral Activities at Perryville High School in Perryville, MD for five years. In his five years at Perryville High, Mr. Reimschussel was the special events coordinator, a baseball coach, vocal coach, and technology support leader.

Mr. Reimschussel has been listed in Who's Who Among American Teachers. He is also a member of the Music Educators National Conference, American Choral Director's Association, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and the Georgia Music Educators Association. Mr. Reimschussel has been an active choral consultant and clinician for the past seven years in DE, MD, PA, GA, and NJ.
